Our Story

Everything we serve is made with care, using thoughtfully selected ingredients that are both healthy and delicious.

Our signature item is Japanese shokupan, soft and fluffy loaf made with rice flour and premium Japanese flour. We bake it fresh throughout the day, and use it to make our delicious sandwiches that our guests love.

But bread is just the start. We also offer onigiri, homemade Japanese desserts, and many other comforting dishes that come straight from the heart of a mother’s kitchen.
